Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Specialist to join our team and drive the development of user-centered design solutions for our CIB CRMx platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop design concepts, and communicate design decisions and outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points through research and analysis.
  • Lead the design process, including creating user personas, user journeys, and wireframes.
  • Collaborate with engineers to translate designs into functional prototypes.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
  • Communicate design decisions and outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in UX design, including interactive prototyping using Figma.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design methodologies and usability testing principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with corporate banking concepts and fintech industry trends.
