Purpose Statement: The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between customers and Plexus functional areas, leading the Customer Focus Team and managing day-to-day customer relationships. This position requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  2. Lead the Customer Focus Team to ensure consistent performance and empowerment to make decisions and solve problems.
  3. Engage with customers in respect of delivery commitments, quarterly business reviews, and site visits.
  4. Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
  5. Proactively address financial risks and variances to plan.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
