Customer Engagement Manager

Purpose Statement: The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between customers and Plexus functional areas, leading the Customer Focus Team and managing day-to-day customer relationships. This position requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Lead the Customer Focus Team to ensure consistent performance and empowerment to make decisions and solve problems.
- Engage with customers in respect of delivery commitments, quarterly business reviews, and site visits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Proactively address financial risks and variances to plan.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
