We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team at Traders Hotel by Shangri-La. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.

Your primary duties will include checking guests in and out efficiently, handling all guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy, and maintaining accurate records. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or Hotel Management
  • Proficient in oral and written English and Malay
  • Familiarity with using hotel property management systems (PMS) OPERA is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 1 year as guest service personnel in a service industry
  • Pleasant, effective social skills, and versatility
  • Willingness to work in shifts
