About the Job

This role involves reporting to the Manager, with the primary objective of achieving personal delivery targets through:

  • Developing and managing a defined candidate and client database
  • Delivering high-quality recruitment consultancy services
  • Compliance with company policies and reporting processes

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulating a client and candidate development plan, together with the manager, to support the achievement of personal sales targets
  2. Initiating a range of sales and marketing activities to attract business, in accordance with the client and candidate development plan
  3. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities and identifying new leads within the Randstad Group
  4. Initiating sourcing activities such as publishing vacancies, networking, and conducting referrals to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client demands
  5. Developing and managing the recruitment process for clients through sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates, organising interviews, and negotiating remuneration packages to ensure client needs and expectations are met in a timely manner
  6. Providing advice to clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements, and career progression opportunities to facilitate the recruitment process
  7. Completing and updating client and candidate details in the CRM systems to support effective management information reporting

Requirements:

  • Sales experience is an added advantage
  • University degree or higher education (Fresh Grad encouraged to apply)
  • Strong business acumen and strong critical skills with the ability to find quick solutions
  • Internship with Advisory firms / Management Consulting / Private Equity / Banking / Investment Banking will be a huge added advantage
