Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the design function for all architectural works.

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of working experience in a related job function.
  • They should be familiar with preparing Authorities Submission schedules and CF inspection schedules.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Architecture or equivalent is required.

The role involves reviewing design input for adequacy and compliance with statutory requirements, planning and preparing project design programs, and project design and build master schedules.
