Job description:

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of assigned recharge cycles, ensuring they are executed in accordance with the client's Best Practise Model.
  • You will undertake recharge calculations for assigned group recharge portfolios using the Recharge tool, driving the group invoicing process and related reconciliation.
  • Your role involves providing support and challenge to processes, including reconciliation of cost pools, business understanding of costs, and justification of charges proposed.
  • Engagement in governance processes on strategy for cost pool changes and methods of allocation is also essential.
  • Preparing supporting business cases and obtaining approval from group tax and business leaders on new or changed recharging methodologies is critical to your success.
  • You will support statutory teams by ensuring the recharge process is executed according to requirements set by statutory and tax teams.
  • Contributing to group recharges and transfer pricing Governance board meetings, leading discussions on potential impacts of changes in accounting and TP legislations is also required.
  • Managing key risks to the business which FBT are accountable is a key responsibility.
  • You will address process gaps, identify inefficiencies, and help embed a continuous improvement culture within the organisation.
  • Driving transformation agendas and projects, as well as managing and supporting ad-hoc operational requests, including tax and audit queries, are essential aspects of this role.
