Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop high-quality backend infrastructure using NodeJS, adhering to best practices
  2. Implement efficient frontend development using ReactJS/NextJS, ensuring optimal performance
  3. Ensure production stability and promptly resolve critical issues to minimize downtime
  4. Analyze system performance and propose improvements for enhancement
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change requests
  6. Mentor junior developers on development best practices and code optimization techniques
  7. Review pull requests from peers to ensure adherence to coding standards
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields with strong computer science fundamentals
  2. At least 3 years of full-time software engineering experience
  3. Experience in backend development using NodeJS, NestJS, ExpressJS, GraphQL, and Postman
  4. Proficiency in frontend development using ReactJS, NextJS, Styled-components, and other relevant libraries
  5. Familiarity with database management using MongoDB, MySQL, and other popular databases
  6. Knowledge of automation workflows using Selenium, Cypress, Puppeteer, and other tools
  7. Passionate about programming and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
  1. A portfolio showcasing relevant projects will be highly valued
  2. Experience in GCP/AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code Practices will be advantageous
  3. UI/UX design skills will be beneficial
  4. TDD/BDD experience will be desirable
  5. Web templating language knowledge, e.g., Pug, Slim, etc. will be a plus
  6. Technical documentation skills will be valuable
