Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of business intelligence solutions to inform business strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and communicate findings to senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to ensure data integrity and precision.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Drive down buyer/seller frictions by identifying top friction points and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is met or exceeded through effective issue resolution and proactive communication.
  • Raise awareness of high-risk escalations through assessment and top friction sharing.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Escalation Management.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of strong relevant experience in operation and performance management, especially in high-level escalation cases.
  • Proficiency in data mapping tools, SQL, and ability to transform raw data into structured information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Highly advantageous to have relevant experience from eCommerce industry or set up.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
