About this role:

The Product Manager will be responsible for developing roadmaps and release plans to position our products as competitive and desirable. Along with creating exciting new product ideas, you will work with the wider business to ensure that Nintex pursues & drives initiatives that deliver maximum value to our customers.

This role partners with development teams to ship products globally, on time, and with best practices guidance and documentation. Likewise, this role also envisions and validates distinctive capabilities and value propositions that meet customer needs.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Vision and Product Validation: The Product Manager will be responsible for product roadmap and release functional plans. This role will be the voice of the customer needs and possess minimum marketable features based on expertise and customer interaction.
  2. Product Knowledge and Documentation: In this role, the Product Manager will collaborate with the User Assistance team to ensure quality and relevance of documentation such as evaluation guides, tutorials, help files, install guides, release notes etc.
  3. Release coordination: To ensure success in this role, the Product Manager will verify how feature triage decisions map to release plan, customer needs and launch timing trade-offs.
  4. Support and Analysis: The Product Manager will provide quintessential support in training support and sales teams at relevant release milestones.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a product manager position, within a SaaS company would be beneficial
  • Experience with Aha Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Power BI
  • Technical understanding of web-based solutions
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze multiple sources of data to drive decision-making
  • K2 experience/knowledge would be highly advantageous
  • Experience working with agile teams to deliver cloud-based SaaS products for business customers
