Job Overview

Sinotron United Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Copier Technician to join our team. As a Copier Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various brands of copier machines and printers. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Main Responsibilities:

* Maintain and repair all types of copier machines and printers
* Conduct quality inspections upon stock arrival
* Perform product testing with samples provided on copier machines and printers
* Provide technical advice and report on the quality of samples and products
* Resolve customer complaints regarding faulty products at customer premises when required

Requirements:

* Minimum 'O' Level & Above education
* At least 2 years of experience in repairing copier machines
* Prior experience with servicing Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba, Konica Minolta, Xerox, and Kyocera copier/printers is an advantage
* Familiarity with copier/printer software applications, including installation and network connectivity setup
