Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our team at Adi Recruitment. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the test capability and capacity/productivity model for our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Control Planning: Define and characterize the designated process, including the development of process control plans and the implementation of yield improvement projects.
  • Test Capability Development: Establish the necessary controls, equipment, precautions, and setup parameters to meet product and test specifications.
  • Lean Manufacturing Principles: Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in the production process and improve operator utilization and productivity.
  • Test Yield Improvement: Responsible for the test yields of the designated process and establish and implement actions to improve yields.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct gage repeatability and reliability studies, correlation studies, and generate reaction plans for out-of-control situations.
  • Operator Training and Qualification: Assist manufacturing personnel in operator training, qualification, and improving operator utilization and productivity.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate and interface well with peers to enhance teamwork and demonstrate emotional intelligence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Derive continual improvement and efficient use of resources, and perform other duties as directed by the immediate superior.
  • Risk-Based Thinking: Practice risk-based thinking in planning and execution of tasks, and ensure compliance with ISO requirements, company rules and regulations, and applicable codes.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in wire bond process, preferably in high-speed devices >1GHz, and experience in MNC manufacturing environment, preferably in metal can/TO can manufacturing line.
  • Skills: Solid DOE and SPC experience, good knowledge of FOL/semiconductor processes, and very good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with people at all levels.
