Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching to individuals, teams, and leadership in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and ITIL.
  • Act as a pragmatic, active participant in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, retrospectives, planning sessions) to directly influence and guide teams in their Agile practices.
  • Foster an environment of accountability and transparency, coaching teams in continuing their Agile journey with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Agile coaching.
  • Strong expertise in using data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement within Agile teams.
  • Hands-on experience with ITIL 4.0 frameworks and practices.
