Project Coordinator for Gaming & Entertainment - Japanese Speaker

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Manage graphic and motion design projects, including banners, mobile game logos, and visual content.
  • Coordinate the advancement of 2D illustrations for characters, items, and artwork related to mobile games and entertainment projects.
  • Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, including Japanese clients, to ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Track production milestones on project developments.
  • Run quality checks and provide feedback to designers as Quality Assurance.
  • Provide relevant information and assistance to designers whenever Japanese Language is involved (briefing, referencing, and translating materials from Japanese clients).
Requirements
  • N3 or higher in Japanese Language Proficiency Test required.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in project management or a related field.
  • Experience in managing designers as Quality Assurance or Project Manager an added advantage.
  • Able to take on leadership and maintain efficient workflow for designers.
  • Punctuality: Required to keep a strict schedule for all projects.
  • Good team player and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for games and Japanese culture (anime, manga, and Japanese cartoons)
