Your Day-to-Day

  • Develop and implement sales and operations-related systems regionally to enhance business performance
  • Create target operating models, SOPs, and ensure compliance from local teams
  • Establish OKRs for the local team, with ongoing follow-ups to ensure alignment and track performance
  • Work with the data team to improve dashboards (sales & operation-related data) and ensure data accuracy
  • Conduct monthly branch efficiency studies, leveraging data and broader strategic factors
  • Analyze gaps in the system to obtain cost-effective operations
  • Coordinate information and data requirements to support system enhancements
  • Utilize expert knowledge to understand interdependencies between business processes and metrics development
  • Collaborate regionally and cross-functionally with stakeholders

Your Know-How

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, with 4–6 years of experience in Sales and Operations Management, process improvement, and/or project management, preferably within leading organizations in the automotive, e-commerce, consulting, and/or operations-focused industries
  • Excellent ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, independent, and highly motivated
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented program management, and influencing skills required for a broad regional environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, with a strong focus on Excel competencies
  • Understanding of Operational management systems and processes
  • Strong data analysis skills
