Key Performance Indicators
  1. Qualification Strategy Development: Develop qualification strategies based on automotive standards (e.g., AEC Q100, AEC Q006), customer-specific requirements, and market trends. Implement the strategies and assess their effectiveness.
  2. Qualification Test Execution: Ensure that qualification tests are executed on time and within budget by effectively managing the preparation and execution of qualification tests, adhering to agreed-upon plans and schedules.
  3. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain qualification documentation that meets both internal and customer standards.
  4. Crisis Management and Problem-Solving: Contribute to crisis management during deviations and lead the problem-solving process (using the 8D methodology) for qualification failures, taking ownership of the process to quickly identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  5. Product Monitoring and Quality Assurance: Oversee the product monitoring process for a designated group of products, including setting up qualification plans, ensuring timely availability of results, assessing results, and taking necessary actions in response to any deviations.
