Job Summary:
e.MAS Dealer Development Manager is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with PROTON e.MAS Dealers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance dealer relationships and improve business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • To oversee the e.MAS strategic management plan and recommend actions to Management.
  • To provide framework, process, advice, and facilitation on e.MAS business planning to lines of business as needed.
  • To assist in providing performance reports and data analysis to Management and the Board.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in Banking/Financial Services/Automotive or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills in Malay and Mandarin (written and spoken).
