About the Role

As a Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex customer solutions by bridging product and technology gaps. This involves conducting technical workshops with banks and mobile payment partners, understanding their current architecture, and producing integration solutions.

You will also be responsible for driving end-to-end implementation and integration with both bank/mobile payment partners and internal cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will deepening the technical collaboration with bank/mobile payment partners and providing best practices and technical recommendations to improve user experiences and payment success rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement complex customer solutions by bridging product and technology gaps.
