Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical client engineers to gather knowledge, input, and understand customer standards and requirements.
  • Design and develop various planning solutions to optimize business processes.
  • Work with team members to create design solutions and participate in brainstorming activities.
  • Choose the right module to reduce repetitive work based on project timelines.
  • Document tool development cycles.
  • Identify opportunities for automation to reduce design cycle time by streamlining workflows.
  • Develop and implement external integration links to various OODB and SAP systems.
  • Work on product release processes.
  • Essential Skills:
  • At least 3-8 years of strong hands-on experience in Quintiq.
  • Good knowledge in creating planning, operations, and logistics puzzles.
  • Certified by Dassault System Quintiq on various levels.
  • Excellent knowledge of requirement analysis methodologies and tools, engineering design principles, and design tools.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in engineering or IT functions, including technical support in a global work environment with multiple applications.
  • Proficiency in working with Agile methodology.
  • Knowledge of working in Cloud – AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively document processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system problems, incidents. Work proactively to identify potential issues related to incidents/service tickets and recommend/implement preventative solutions.
  • Resolve engineering application issues/requests, ensure SLA adherence, and improve user experience and satisfaction.
  • Adhere to global IT standards, policies, and procedures and coordinate related activities with global IT teams.
Education:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical/Supply Chain management or related field required.Preferred Skills:Develop and deliver user training and presentations on new systems and upgrades.Apply critical thinking and collaborative approaches to improving services and solving technical challenges.Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills to relate well with a diverse group of end users, including co-workers, vendors.Ability to set priorities and manage own workload, manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Work directly with vendors and with other Technical Services personnel to coordinate major technical issues, projects, communicate expectations, and coordinate deliverables and services.
