Job Summary

As a Policy Servicing Manager at EPS Malaysia, you will lead a team within the Policy Services department, collaborating closely with the team manager to ensure applications submitted by customers and financial consultants are processed promptly and accurately, adhering to stipulated service levels. Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and manage the team's daily work distribution to achieve clearance targets.
  2. Manage leave plans of the team to ensure sufficient resources for day-to-day operations.
  3. Ensure customer and financial consultant applications under the Minor policy alteration and policy valuation function are processed according to guidelines, service standards, and quality.
  4. Flag out issues or escalations and work with the team managers towards resolution within the service level agreement.
  5. Handle tasks relating to the Minor policy alteration and policy valuation function.
