The Job Description

This position requires an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to lead our financial team, manage financial operations, and optimize financial processes for business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management
    • Manage company accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
    • Develop and monitor annual budgets, cash flow projections, and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
  • Taxation and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations, including corporate tax, GST/SST, and other statutory requirements.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management
    • Oversee invoicing, collections, and payment processes to ensure proper cash flow management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
