We are seeking an experienced Personal Finance Expert to join our team at Maybank. As a Personal Finance Expert, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial consultation and advice to clients, promoting wealth solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act swiftly on leads and maintain proactive follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
  • Deliver top-tier after-sales service to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Engage in sales launches and conduct data mining to identify potential customers and generate new business.

Requirements

  • Fresh Graduates with a strong interest in financial and sales advisory are encouraged to apply.
  • A good understanding of banking, investment, deposits, and insurance products is essential.
  • Knowledge in Financial Planning/Wealth Management or Retail Banking/Branch Operations is desirable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers are necessary.
