Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Managers to provide seamless services to clients across Singapore, Hong Kong, and other APAC regions
  • SOURCE AND IDENTIFY TOP TALENT THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through resume reviews, initial phone screenings, and assessments
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, cultivating relationships with passive talent
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sourcing strategies and offer valuable insights to the recruitment team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with talent sourcing expertise in an agency, RPO, or in-house environment
  • Proficient in Basic & Advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, Custom Search Engines)
  • Experience with ATS and CRM tools is advantageous
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to plan ahead
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, consultative, and strategic thinking with sound business acumen
