The team serves as the second line of defence, ensuring that controls are implemented effectively according to the OTCR Framework, and instilling a risk culture within the bank.

The Associate Director, OTCR, WRB role requires strong business acumen, a deep understanding of cyber security technologies, and experience working in a second-line capacity within a risk management organisation.

The individual will provide judgement-based input and advice to ensure effective risk management, acting as the single point of contact for Wealth and Retail Business regarding all OTCR matters and decisions.

The role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts and other risk teams, to integrate risk management practices into all aspects of WRB.
