Cosmos Personal Care (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. As a bookkeeping specialist, you will be responsible for processing and managing outgoing invoices and payments, verifying and reconciling invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage outgoing invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, product costing, and tax.
- Fluency in English, Chinese, and Malay languages.
