Job Description

This Senior Manager Product Management role is responsible for leading all marketing/product management-related matters for IVD/POCT medical devices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage operating budgets and resources to optimize efficiency.
  • Lead new product launches and oversee stock inventory to meet supply demands.
  • Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to enhance marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on customer attitudes towards current products and new introductions.
  • Train sales teams on product knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Foster strong client relationships for effective business planning and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align clients' business plans and implement business strategies.
  • Explore new markets and develop entry plans.
  • Present innovative solutions to senior management to overcome market challenges.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of clients' industries, businesses, and products.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in senior-level relationship building and multicultural global team leadership.
  • Cultural sensitivity and appreciation in cross-country interactions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum five to eight years' experience in a similar role, especially in medical device management.
  • Minimum three to five years' experience in a managerial capacity.
