Job Description

The Faculty Head will play a crucial role in shaping the leadership capabilities of our agency staff. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance leadership skills among agency staff.
  • Conduct research and design Leadership & Agency Management courses aligning to company direction.
  • Promote and market various training programs through Learning Management System and other communication methods.
  • Manage the enhancement of existing training modules.
  • Provide support to existing leaders, new leaders, and recruiters in their journey towards building a strong and successful Agency / Emerging ALC.

Requirements
  • Recognized diploma or degree in business or any discipline.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or other relevant certifications would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in similar field or financial services industry.
  • Mature individual with management experience leading a team of staff.
