Job Description

The Senior Manager, Facilities Management will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of ZUS Coffee's facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and functional. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring quality control measures are in place.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality control measures are in place.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in facilities management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management, engineering, or business administration.
  • At least 7 years of experience in facilities management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
  • Proven track record of managing facilities in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, vendors, regulatory bodies, and staff.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards specific to the F&B industry.
