Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Supply Chain Planning to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and prioritizing sales and marketing plans, managing production bottlenecks, and coordinating with various teams to align capacity and resolve logistical issues.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Create and prioritize sales and marketing plans, considering existing orders for the next 6 months and collaborating with the Business Demand Planner.
  • Implement allocation decisions in the case of production bottlenecks on the various production lines, including coordination with Customer Logistics, Capacity Alignment Planner, and Product Marketing.
  • Participate in task forces to solve logistics aspects within product and production problems.
  • Contribute to projects related to supply chain processes & tools and change management.
  • Coordinate within the division, introducing and representing division-specific aspects in the project; responsible for implementing the decisions made in the project.
  • Utilize production flexibility within the local SCM organization and across divisions with other Capacity Alignment Planners.
  • Manage production requirements for the capacity groups, ensuring compliance with the capacity available to the respective division.
