We are seeking an experienced Technical Leadership Role candidate to lead our HVAC and refrigeration teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership in relationship to HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing solutions that meet OEM standards. This includes regularly engaging with OEM and staying updated on the latest technologies and product developments.
You will also be responsible for analyzing historical repair data to conduct useful analysis and improvement plans to prolong equipment life cycles. Additionally, you will provide regular training to technicians for skills enhancement and improving work efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and leadership in relationship to HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Develop and implement solutions that meet OEM standards.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and product developments.
- Analyze historical repair data to improve equipment life cycles.
- Provide regular training to technicians.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree.
- At least 10 years of working experience in a related field.
- Experience with multiple sites.
- Experience in managing a group of service technicians.
- Ability to travel to monitor and oversee tasks performed by managed technicians.
- Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Knowledge of SAP/CMMS system.
