We are looking for a skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily operations, including order processing, customer communication, and sales efforts.

Job Description:
  • Assist in the coordination of customers' orders and shipments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, text, and phone calls.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve annual sales targets.
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least SPM certification or higher.
  2. Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel) to prepare data and reports.
  3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking associates.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
