Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Government Affairs at DayOne Data Center, you will be responsible for leading our government interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and advocating for policies that support our company's growth and sustainability initiatives.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of data center regulations, energy policies, and infrastructure development.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and policy advocacy.
  • Familiarity with local, regional, and national government structures and regulatory processes.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Managing government-related challenges, including regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to protect the company's reputation and reduce operational risks.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to communicate effectively with both government and public stakeholders.
