**Job Title:** Process Optimization Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing existing manufacturing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and experience with Lean methodologies. They will be able to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.

You will work closely with production, planning, maintenance, quality, safety, and supply chain teams to drive improvements and ensure that all improvement initiatives comply with relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other disciplines.
  • At least 15 years' experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes, raw material planning, and controls.
  • Hands-on experience with process improvement and simplification techniques.
