About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Pest Control Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring service compliance, as well as utilizing their knowledge of Biology/Entomology to perform on-site inspections at customers' premises.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Continuously monitor and ensure service compliance
  • Perform Quality Assurance and Field Biologist Inspections for Rentokil Reporting Services and Termite Management Programs or other high-value services sold by the branch
  • Responsible for timely and proper completion of customers and administrative reports
  • Involved in training preparation for the pest control division
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Biological Science or equivalent, preferably Major in Entomology or Vector Control. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in the Pest Control industry would be an added advantage
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good team player with the ability to lead and manage a team of service staff
  • Agile and flexible to perform on-site inspections, analytical and presentation skills
  • Valid driving license required due to job requirement
  • Possess valid D licence & owns a car
  • Employment of foreigners subject to local authorities approval and visa application
