Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Provide 2nd level support, including 24x7 rotational on call, solution administration, system maintenance, monitoring and operation to meet customer SLA/targets within AI services and its related solution.
  • Implement service requests and changes to fulfill user and customer needs.
  • Lead problem management for proactive management of FI services, evaluate and deploy new measures/solutions to achieve improvements in performance, functionality, availability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Define and set up effective systems for fault detection and monitoring for early pro-active failure detection for system stability.
  • Perform performance testing and deployment of FI application solutions and services effectively.
  • Execute software and technology refresh activities.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with data scientists, administrators, business analysts, and architects on production systems and applications for efficiency of operational support.
  • Work with respective solution owners in design and contribute to the introduction of DEVOPS concepts and automated testing.
  • Contribute to EPIC/User stories for scaling and deployment of existing AI solutions to other sites in the global manufacturing cluster to ensure rollout stability.

Your Qualifications

You are well-suited for this role if you have:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or similar.
  • At least 3-4 years' experience in solutions focusing on manufacturing execution systems.
  • Experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
  • Good knowledge in data transfer, file processing methodology, system interfaces/integration.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work both independently and as a good team player.
  • Sound knowledge and skills in application service operation (incident, problem, event, and release management).
  • High analytical and independent problem-solving skills to approach new challenges.
  • Hands-on experience in database systems (e.g., Oracle, MS-SQL, Hadoop).
  • Programming knowledge in C#.net, scripting, Python, Java, Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Knowledge of Tableau products will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodology is an advantage.
