  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and suppliers for artwork processing and approvals.
  • Assist in the launch of new and seasonal products by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor stock levels, maintain adequate inventory in the warehouse, and initiate re-orders as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints and collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Printing Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in production coordination, supply chain, or a similar role in the printing or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate between internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and find effective resolutions.
