About the Role

  1. Manage business requirements from process and information viewpoints, identifying inter-linkages at the enterprise level and establishing information requirements in support of business operations.
  2. Evaluate the logical view of business functions, data / information flows, and inter-linkages, supporting end-to-end business processes.
  3. Design or architect IT solutions that integrate with our existing infrastructure and software environment, ensuring robustness, agility, security, and added value to the business.
  4. Recommend architecture principles and standards for common architectural patterns and standard integration methods, documenting and providing advisory roles during the solution development phase.
  5. Collaborate with system development and IT infrastructure teams throughout the design of IT solutions, ensuring compliance with our IT Enterprise / Technology Architecture design, standards, and principles.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology developments and advancements, implementing appropriate solution architectures that meet business needs over time.
  7. Build and maintain strategic relationships with external experts and other IT organizations to benchmark and research technologies and processes for IT solutions and services enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or relevant professional qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect in performing system development processes within the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
