About the Role

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. This role involves overseeing production processes, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production staff to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, quality control, or production management.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, design, and testing procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
  • Fluency in English language (read, write, speak).
