Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program and operate CNC milling machines with precision, ensuring high-quality products.
  2. Design and modify programs using UG NX CAD/CAM software, applying knowledge of CNC milling G & M codes and cutting tools.
  3. Develop 3D and 2D jigs and fixtures to optimize manufacturing processes.
  4. Plan and prioritize workload efficiently, adapting to changing requirements.
  5. Improve and standardize tooling design, ensuring consistency and quality.
  6. Monitor and report environmental and health and safety issues promptly.
  7. Oversee the cutting process, making adjustments as needed to eliminate errors and ensure quality products.
  8. Responsible for setting up machines, controlling speed, material feed, and path of the cut, ensuring proper functioning and quality output.
  9. Recognize and address improper machine functioning and defects in machinery, measuring instruments, or equipment.
  10. Inspect and measure parts to maintain drawing specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  11. Implement and maintain ERIM & TPM standards, promoting a culture of excellence and efficiency.
  12. Perform side operations as required, such as deburring and tapping, while CNC is running.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
  14. Identify and implement Kaizen cards, productivity, and cost-saving improvements, contributing to the company's growth.
  15. Participate in QRQC, Monitor TRS and TRP for CNC Milling, driving continuous improvement.
  16. Establish and maintain standards for CNC milling machining methods and programs.
  17. Support tool design 3D modification and program offset, including engineering changes.
  18. Apply safety rules and protocols, reacting promptly to deviations or safety risks.
  19. Document and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information accuracy.
