This is a key role within the FP&A Centre of Excellence, supporting APAC finance leadership and IFP ANZ. The incumbent will demonstrate creativity and ability to challenge the status quo to improve processes, deliver outcomes that drive business results, and foster a culture of excellence.

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans in collaboration with regional CFOs and ANZ IFP CFO.

  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop financial models to support business planning and decision-making.

  • Provide actionable insights to senior management through presentation materials with high-level commentary analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and act as the main point of contact for regional CFOs for issues requiring escalation.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function, ensuring compliance with financial policies and internal controls.

About This Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled FP&A professional to join our dynamic team in the APAC region. As a key member of our FP&A Centre of Excellence, you will have the chance to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and contribute to driving business growth.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the finance field, with at least 2 years in financial planning and analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and extract meaningful insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to interact with senior leaders.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools.

  • Ability to work with minimal oversight and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
