About the Role

As a Program Manager at Hydra X, you will be responsible for leading our transformation efforts. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive transition plans, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration of processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Guidance:
    • Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and teams while managing stakeholder relationships and communication throughout the transition.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans aligned with Hydra X's strategic goals.
    • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Program Management:
    • Lead and manage transition projects (HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and Legal) from initiation to completion.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and Legal.
    • Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables to track progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Transition Management:
    • Develop a transition plan outlining the steps, timelines, and responsibilities for transitioning operations.
    • Coordinate closely with relevant teams to ensure alignment and minimize disruptions to ongoing operations.
