The Financial Reporting Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. This senior-level position requires a high degree of technical expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate month-end activities and closing tasks in accordance with Corporate timelines
  • Review and approve journal entries prepared by the team
  • Ensure completion of sub-ledger activities as part of the month-end close process
  • Perform and review account reconciliations, including intercompany and bank reconciliations, using Blackline or Excel where applicable
  • Liaise with Company Auditors to ensure timely completion of annual audits and preparation of Statutory Accounts

Requirements:

  • University graduate majoring in Finance & Accounting or equivalent experience
  • Qualified Accountant with membership from a recognized professional accountancy institution preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sizeable multinational corporation or listed company
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP, Business One & Accpac) and Reporting platforms (preferably LongView)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and advanced MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
