- Payroll Operations Oversight: Supervise the end-to-end payroll process for multiple clients across regions, ensuring adherence to local laws, company policies, and industry standards for timely and accurate payroll delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication & Risk Mitigation: Develop strategies for clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring smooth payroll operations and addressing potential risks by collaborating with IT, external providers, and project managers to resolve issues and maintain quality.
- Resource & Team Management: Lead and coordinate internal teams and business partners, ensuring effective resource management and collaboration to meet payroll objectives and deliver successful client outcomes.
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in payroll operations, with a focus on BPO or shared services environments.
- Payroll Expertise: Strong knowledge of payroll systems and experience working with regional payroll regulations and practices, such as in countries like Singapore and other APAC regions.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop payroll teams in a dynamic environment.
- Project Management: Experience in managing payroll projects, with the ability to meet deadlines, resolve issues, and mitigate risks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
