Requirements

To succeed as a Safety and Health Manager, you should have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in safety and health management, preferably in a dynamic industrial setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety and health laws, acts, and regulations in Malaysia.
  • Experience with ISO 45001 standards requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive improvement initiatives.
