**ERP Implementation Specialist Position:**

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team at PEOPLE PROFILERS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Infor Cloud Suite (SyteLine) ERP software and a proven track record of delivering successful implementation projects.

**Key Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  • System configuration, installation, data migration, and testing.
  • User training and support.
  • Leading projects as a Project Lead or assisting the Project Manager with project status control.
  • Coordinating with Technical Managers on solution design, programming, and validation.
  • A minimum of 3 years working in a similar capacity or the manufacturing industry as a planner, quality assurance, or accountant.
  • Demonstrating comprehensive ERP knowledge, including functional modules, and successful management of intricate implementation projects.
  • Prior experience with ERP implementations, particularly with systems like Infor Syteline, Epicor, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of business processes in finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and/or manufacturing.
  • The ability to constantly learn new knowledge and become certified in Infor Cloud Suite (Syteline).
  • Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective time management.
  • The ability to travel up to 70%.
