We are a leading creative agency seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously, while building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our account management team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have a good command of English.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the main client contact; understanding objectives and timelines, managing daily communication, and providing project updates.
  • Building long-term relationships, attending meetings to gather briefs and feedback, and translating client needs into clear briefs for the team.
  • Overseeing budgets and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met, communicating client revisions, and proposing creative solutions to boost agency value.
  • Developing decks and proposals for pitches, contributing ideas in brainstorming, and aligning design concepts with client goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in account management or client servicing at a creative agency.
  • Proficient in software and have a good command of English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
