Responsibilities:
- Installation & Commissioning:
Lead and oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of LV and MV switchgear systems, including protection relay systems. - Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform proactive and corrective maintenance, diagnostic testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, focusing on LV and MV switchgear and protection relays. - Customer Support:
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of their electrical systems. - Reporting:
Prepare detailed service reports, documenting findings, actions taken, and recommendations for improvement. - Technical Expertise:
Provide expert advice on the selection, configuration, and maintenance of protection relays, switchgear, and associated equipment. - Training & Development:
Conduct training sessions for customers and junior engineers on the operation and maintenance of electrical systems. - Collaboration:
Work closely with Siemens project management teams and service departments to ensure seamless service delivery. - Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and Siemens policies, promoting a culture of safety and quality in all aspects of field service operations.
