About the Job

Job Description:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain Terraform modules to automate the deployment of 400+ sites in Akamai.

You will implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and security.

Additionally, you will develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Strong experience with Akamai CDN technologies, including Property Manager, EdgeWorkers, and GTM
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles, DNS, and web performance optimization
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex deployment issues and optimize performance
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
