Job Title: Operations Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our recycling and manufacturing operations in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and standardized processes.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee all aspects of the recycling and manufacturing processes, including procurement, production, quality control, and logistics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the plastic industry, with a focus on recycling and manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
