Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, minimal downtime, and maximum efficiency. You will manage a team of maintenance technicians, develop and implement maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to achieve department objectives aligning with company goals.

- Responsible for the upkeep, repairs, and continuous improvement of the facility's infrastructure and utility systems.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FMCG manufacturing, rotating equipment, automation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning. Knowledge of budget managing and controlling is also essential.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of technical experience with at least 5 years in FMCG manufacturing plant.
- Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Well-versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
