About the Role

At J-Recruit Recruitment Agency, we are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for finance and sales to grow their careers in a dynamic environment.


Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is RM26,000 - RM40,000, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for commissions, bonuses, and cash incentives, providing opportunities for significant earning potential.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Sell and promote bancassurance products to identify customer segments for new sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential prospects for sales and build strong business relationships with customers.
  • Event Participation: Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers and expand your network.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Age and Education: Must be at least 21 years old and have a relevant diploma or degree.
  • Languages: Mandarin speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, while non-Mandarin speakers must have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the financial industry.

Location and Work Environment

You will be working in Negeri Sembilan Branches, with specific locations including Bahau, Gemas, Seremban, and Tampin.
